In the event your eye product does not dispense, please try the following resolution:
Because the pump is airless, on occasion an air bubble will develop during transportation and may cause the pump to clog. To solve this, we recommend turning the product upside down. Tap the bottom of the product while simultaneously pressing down on the pump. A bit of force may be required in order to disrupt the air pocket. Repeat a couple of times or until the product begins dispensing.

The seal on my product wasn’t sealed. What should I do?
Please be aware that Eminence Organics does not use industrial glue, rather an all natural adhesive to seal their products. Due to the nature of these organic ingredients, the effectiveness of the adhesive may be compromised during the shipping and transportation process. Do you offer any incentive programs?
We certainly do. We offer a Rewards program as well as a Refer a Friend program. Both of these give you credit to use towards future purchases.

What is the Refer a Friend program?

How does the Refer-a-Friend Program work?

How many friends can I refer?
Our referral program is uncapped. You will continue to earn $10.00 EMstore.com rewards for each valid referral you make who becomes a EMstore.com customer. We will email you when your credit is added to your account so you can use it on future purchases.
How do I know I have received my reward credit for a referral?
Every time a friend you referred completes their first purchase, you will receive an email. Also, you can go to your My Account page and click the Referrals tab. Here we will show you all your current referrals and the total credit you have available.
Do I need to have a EMstore.com account?
Yes. You must have an account to participate in the Refer-a-Friend program. This will allows to to keep track of all of your referrals and credit your account with the reward credits.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes there is a minimum of $100 purchase requirement for your both you and your referral to qualify for the $10 credit.

How does it work?

Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 1 year from the time they are added to your account.

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit. All packages returned to sender due to customer error may be reshipped or refunded for a $5.99 fee.

All orders are generally processed within 24-72 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please take into consideration the 24-72 hour processing time.
Orders shipped ground to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-10 business days. Ground orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-7 business days. USPS Priority services are sent on a 1-3 day service once they have completed processing. All USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer and is the responsibility of the carrier.
Expedited, overnight and 2-day shipping services are available through FedEx at an additional cost. EMstore.com is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. EMstore.com offers insurance on all packages for an additional cost. This ensures replacement for damaged items or lost packages.
